How to Make Lemon Squares
- Cream margarine, flour and powdered sugar and press into a 9 x 13 pan.
- Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
- Beat 4 eggs until light and fluffy. Add 2 cups sugar, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 4 tablespoons flour and 4 tablespoons lemon juice.
- Pour over crust and bake 25 minutes.
- Sprinkle sugar over. When cool, cut into squares.
