Ingredients
- 1 cup margarine
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 4 - eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
How To Make lemon squares

Step 1Cream margarine, flour and powdered sugar and press into a 9 x 13 pan.

Step 2Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

Step 3Beat 4 eggs until light and fluffy. Add 2 cups sugar, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 4 tablespoons flour and 4 tablespoons lemon juice.

Step 4Pour over crust and bake 25 minutes.

Step 5Sprinkle sugar over. When cool, cut into squares.
