Borrowed from Sherlene Lambert (my sister-in-law) if you prefer, you can substitute a large package of cooked lemon pudding prepared according to package instructions for instant pudding and milk. You can also use any other flavor pudding instead of lemon.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 sticks butter or margarine
  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 13 ounces cool whip topping
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 packages small instant lemon pudding
  • 3 cups milk

How To Make lemon lush

  • Step 1
    Blend Flour and butter with fork with 1/2 cup nuts. Press into 9 x 13 pan.
  • Step 2
    Bake at 350 degrees for 20 - 30 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Beat cream cheese and confectioners' sugar.
  • Step 4
    Blend in 1 cup Cool Whip then spread on cooled crust.
  • Step 5
    Beat pudding mix with 3 cups of milk spread over cream cheese misture, Top with remaining Cool Whip and cover with remaining nuts.
  • Step 6
    Refrigerate 30 mins.
