lemon gooey bars
My aunt loves lemon, so I make theses for her all the time! You can make these in a 9x13 pan using 14 oz can of condensed milk & 1C of chips. Bars will be thinner & may have to adjust baking time.

Ingredients
- 1 box lemon cake mix
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 - egg
- 1/2 cup vanilla or white chocolate chips
How To Make lemon gooey bars

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 deg. Line a 9x9 pan with foil & spray with no-stick spray. Beat butter with mixer till smooth. Add egg & beat. Add cake mix. Batter will be crumbly.

Step 2Press 2/3 into pat sprinkle with chips & drizzle with condensed milk. Break up remaining dough & crumble over milk. Press to seal.

Step 3Bake for 28-38 min or till light brown. Cool and cut.
