Ingredients
- 1 box nabisco famous chocolate waffers
- 8 tablespoons salted butter, melted
- ¼ cup cream cheese, softened
- 3 large egg yolks
- 1 can condensed milk, 14 oz.
- ½ cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon grated lemon zest
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
How To Make lemon chocolate bars

Step 1Heat oven to 325°F.

Step 2Lay two sheets of parchment paper in an 8 by 8 inch baking pan. Set aside.

Step 3Finely crush chocolate wafers.

Step 4Combine crushed cookies and melted butter.

Step 5Press crust mixture into the bottom of prepared pan.

Step 6Bake crust for about 15 minutes.

Step 7Make filling by whisking together cream cheese, egg yolks, condensed milk, lemon juice and lemon zest. Let mixture rest for a few minutes to allow some of the air bubbles to rise to the surface.

Step 8Pour filling into warm crust. Place pan back into oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until filling has set.

Step 9Remove from oven and let cool completely. Dust with powdered sugar.
