I used to be a Promotions Clerk for the company I am still with. This recipe is an adaption of a food tasting that I did. It is kind of a combination of a triffle and a tiramisu (with citrus. This is my first recipe on here--hope you enjoy!!

mascarpone cheese
10 oz
lemon curd
2 tsp
lemon zest, grated
lady fingers (crunchy type)
6 pkg
assorted berries (6 oz size)
1 c
lemon juice
1 1/2 c
heavy whipping cream
1 1/2 tsp
lemon extract
1/4 to 1/2 c
powdered sugar
8 oz
cream cheesse

How to Make Lemon Berry Triffle


  • 1Curd layer) Cream mascarpone, cream cheese, lemon curd, and lemon zest till smooth. Works best with cold mascarpone and cream cheese room temp!
  • 2Cream layer) Mix heavy cream with powdered sugar and lemon extract and beat still soft peaks form.
  • 3Cookie Layer) Pour lemon juice into a shallow bowl. Dip each finger into lemon juice and lay neatly into dish (1 layer). (I use a 8 by 10 by 3 inch glass)
  • 4Berry layer) Rinse and mix berries.
  • 5Layer in dish in following order: Cookie, Curd, berries, Cream. Going through 2 layers. Sprinkle with lemon zest for garnish.
  • 6Best if refrigerated overnight!
