Lemon Berry Triffle

assorted berries (6 oz size)
heavy whipping cream
1/4 to 1/2
How to Make Lemon Berry Triffle
1Curd layer) Cream mascarpone, cream cheese, lemon curd, and lemon zest till smooth. Works best with cold mascarpone and cream cheese room temp!
2Cream layer) Mix heavy cream with powdered sugar and lemon extract and beat still soft peaks form.
3Cookie Layer) Pour lemon juice into a shallow bowl. Dip each finger into lemon juice and lay neatly into dish (1 layer). (I use a 8 by 10 by 3 inch glass)
4Berry layer) Rinse and mix berries.
5Layer in dish in following order: Cookie, Curd, berries, Cream. Going through 2 layers. Sprinkle with lemon zest for garnish.
6Best if refrigerated overnight!
