  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 2/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 3/4 cup softened butter
  • 3 large eggs lightly beaten
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice

How To Make lemon bars

  • Step 1
    Mix flour, sugar, and butter until crumbly
  • Step 2
    Pat into a greased 9x13 pan
  • Step 3
    Bake at 350 for 20 min
  • Step 4
    Whisk eggs, sugar, flour and lemon juice until frothy
  • Step 5
    Pour over hot crust
  • Step 6
    Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes
  • Step 7
    Cool on wire rack
  • Step 8
    Dust with powdered sugar
