My husband loves peaches, so I found a simple peach cobbler dessert beginner cook Kay could make back in the mid-80s, and this dessert has been a hit ever since! It is my daughter's favorite dessert. Jerry loves it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

A buttery and flaky crust provides a satisfying contrast to the peaches in this easy peach cobbler. Not overly sweet, the natural sweetness of the peaches takes center stage. It's a classic and comforting dessert. Serve warm with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream so the ice cream slightly melts over the top. Yum!
