I love blackberries and wanted to make a dessert w/ them, so I made this with some left over bisquick mix I had. Very good w/ whipped cream!

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1-1/2 cup blackberries, fresh
- 1-1/2 cup bisquick, heart healthy mix
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup 1% milk
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 large egg
How To Make juicy blackberry upside down cake

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Place butter in a 9" baking pan. Put pan in oven until butter is melted. Sprinkle 1/4 cup sugar over butter. Arrange berries over sugar.

Step 2In bowl, beat together remaining ingredients until mixed well. Pour batter over berries. Bake 35-40 mins, or until crust is lightly browned.

Step 3Turn pan over onto a lg plate or platter, leave pan over cake for 5 mins. Remove pan from cake. Serve cake w/ whipped cream.
