How to Make Juicy blackberry upside down cake
- Heat oven to 350. Place butter in a 9" baking pan. Put pan in oven until butter is melted. Sprinkle 1/4 cup sugar over butter. Arrange berries over sugar.
- In bowl, beat together remaining ingredients until mixed well. Pour batter over berries. Bake 35-40 mins, or until crust is lightly browned.
- Turn pan over onto a lg plate or platter, leave pan over cake for 5 mins. Remove pan from cake. Serve cake w/ whipped cream.
