We grew up with Rhubarb Sauce on bread! Now we put it on cakes with whip cream for dessert or over cottage cheese for a great lunch treat. We never get tired of it.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 cups rhubarb, sliced
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest, grated
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)
How To Make instant pot - rhubarb sauce

Step 1Put rhubarb in steamer basket with 1 cup water. Cook on LOW for 4 minutes followed by natural release for 6 more minutes.

Step 2Scoop out rhubarb and add sugar and lemon. Mix well and ready to eat!
