Ingredients

butter/margarine
1 1/2 c
brown sugar
1 1/2 c
oatmeal
1 1/2 c
flour
1 tsp
cinnamon
4 c
rhubarb
2 Tbsp
cornstarch
1 c
sugar
1 c
water
1 tsp
vanilla

How to Make Inez Kleppe's Best Ever Rhubarb Crisp

Step-by-Step

  • 1Melt butter/margarine and mix with brown sugar, oatmeal, flour & cinnamon. Set aside.
  • 2Put cut up rhubarb in the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan
  • 3In saucepan mix the cornstarch and sugar. Add the water. Bring to boil. Add vanilla. Pour over rhubarb
  • 4Cover top with crumb mixture.
  • 5Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
