Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter/margarine
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups oatmeal
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 cups rhubarb
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
How To Make inez kleppe's best ever rhubarb crisp

Step 1Melt butter/margarine and mix with brown sugar, oatmeal, flour & cinnamon. Set aside.

Step 2Put cut up rhubarb in the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan

Step 3In saucepan mix the cornstarch and sugar. Add the water. Bring to boil. Add vanilla. Pour over rhubarb

Step 4Cover top with crumb mixture.

Step 5Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
