2 stickbutter/margarine

1 1/2 cbrown sugar

1 1/2 coatmeal

1 1/2 cflour

1 tspcinnamon

4 crhubarb
-
2 Tbspcornstarch

1 csugar

1 cwater

1 tspvanilla
How to Make Inez Kleppe's Best Ever Rhubarb Crisp
- Melt butter/margarine and mix with brown sugar, oatmeal, flour & cinnamon. Set aside.
- Put cut up rhubarb in the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan
- In saucepan mix the cornstarch and sugar. Add the water. Bring to boil. Add vanilla. Pour over rhubarb
- Cover top with crumb mixture.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
