Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups cranberries fresh or frozen
- 1/4 cup walnuts roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup sugar
- MIX TOGETHER - COAT CRANBERRIES IN SUGAR AND PUT INTO A 9" PIE PLATE -
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons canola oil

Step 1Have oven preheating at 325 Mix well until a batter forms - spread over the top of the cranberries Bake 45 minutes @ 325 Awesome with french vanilla ice cream

Step 2TIP: use real sugar I tried to make it with splenda and it didn't sweeten the cranberries enough it was very tart

Step 3I have also made it using a mix of strawberry/rasp/blackberry and that was amazing too
