Holiday Cranberry Cobbler Tart

This recipe was given to me by my Aunt from Finland back in 2005. Everyone loves it!

Ingredients

1 1/2 c
cranberries fresh or frozen
1/4 c
walnuts roughly chopped
1/4 c
sugar

MIX TOGETHER - COAT CRANBERRIES IN SUGAR AND PUT INTO A 9" PIE PLATE -

1 large
egg
1/4 c
sugar
1/2 c
all purpose flour
1/4 c
butter, melted
2 Tbsp
canola oil

Step-By-Step

1Have oven preheating at 325

Mix well until a batter forms - spread over the top of the cranberries

Bake 45 minutes @ 325

Awesome with french vanilla ice cream
2TIP: use real sugar I tried to make it with splenda and it didn't sweeten the cranberries enough it was very tart
3I have also made it using a mix of strawberry/rasp/blackberry and that was amazing too
