- 2 cups cooked cold rice
- 1 can 16 oz. crushed pineapple - drained well
- 1 package miniature marshmallows
- 1 - 4 oz. jars maraschino cherries - halved
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup pecans, in pieces
- 1 tablespoon reserved cherry juice
How To Make heavenly hash fruit salad

Step 1In a large bowl combine rice, pineapple, marshmallows, cherries and 1 tablespoon of cherry juice.

Step 2In a chilled bowl, whip the cream until peaks form. Fold in powdered sugar. Fold whipped cream into rice mixture. Refridgerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
