This recipe has been around for a long time. It is a wonderful ending to any meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked cold rice
  • 1 can 16 oz. crushed pineapple - drained well
  • 1 package miniature marshmallows
  • 1 - 4 oz. jars maraschino cherries - halved
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup pecans, in pieces
  • 1 tablespoon reserved cherry juice

How To Make heavenly hash fruit salad

  • Step 1
    In a large bowl combine rice, pineapple, marshmallows, cherries and 1 tablespoon of cherry juice.
  • Step 2
    In a chilled bowl, whip the cream until peaks form. Fold in powdered sugar. Fold whipped cream into rice mixture. Refridgerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
