My dear Aunt Josephine made this every holiday and it was a fav of mine. I just found the recipe while going thru one of my moms cookbooks. I am making this today.

Ingredients For heavenly hash

1 lgcan pineapple (save juice)

1/2 lbgrapes

1/2 lbminature marshmellows

1/2 cchopped nuts
- DRESSING

1 csugar granulated

4 Tbspflour

2 lgeggs beaten
How To Make heavenly hash

1Drain juice from pineapple and add enough water to make 3 cups. Set aside.

2In a bowl cream 1 cup granulated sugar, 4 T flour and enough of your pineapple water to make a paste. And 2 beaten eggs and beat until smooth. Add remaining pineapple water and mix

3Tranfer to a double boiler and cook until thick. Chill.

4Add dressing to pineapple mixtue and refridgerate until chilled.

5Whip one pint of heavy whippin cream and to chilled mixture. Enjoy.
