I found a recipe similar to this one and changed it to suit my taste, this is the finished product. Enjoy!

Ingredients

2 boxes pineapple jello
1 cup hot water
ADD THE FOLLOWING
1 cup ginger ale
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup macadamia nuts, chopped
1/2 pound ricotta cheese
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup heavy cream

How To Make hawaiian pineapple jello

Step 1

Combine hot water and jello and stir until dissolved.

Step 2

Add remaining ingredients, mix well. Turn into a 2 quart mold or pan. Chill until firm.
Step 3

Variation: Cut 1/2 cup of cranberry sauce into cubes, use instead of crushed pineapple.
