I found a recipe similar to this one and changed it to suit my taste, this is the finished product. Enjoy!

  • 2 box
    pineapple jello
  • 1 c
    hot water

  • 1 c
    ginger ale
  • 1 c
  • 1/2 c
    macadamia nuts, chopped
  • 1/2 lb
    ricotta cheese
  • 1 c
    crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 c
    heavy cream

How to Make Hawaiian Pineapple Jello


  1. Combine hot water and jello and stir until dissolved.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, mix well. Turn into a 2 quart mold or pan. Chill until firm.
  3. Variation: Cut 1/2 cup of cranberry sauce into cubes, use instead of crushed pineapple.
