  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 - orange, zested
  • 2 tablespoons pistachio nuts, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon crystallized ginger

How To Make grilled watermelon with yogurt, ginger, and pistachio

  • Step 1
    Get a grill hot. Season the watermelon with Tajin on both sides. Grill the watermelon about 3 to 5 minutes on each side.
  • Step 2
    Serve with yogurt, pistachios, and sprinkle the orange zest over top.
