·whole pineapples, as many as you want
How to Make Grilled Pineapple
- On the edge of your campfire, place the whole pineapple on the side. Allow the pineapple to cook, rolling so all sides get blackened. You know the pineapple is done when the juices pop through the charred skin. You roll them around by the green stems quite easily.
- Take the pineapple off the edge of the fire when done, and the peel will easily come off. Then cut the pineapple into circles, then half them. The core makes a great place to hold while you eat the cooked pineapple!
