I love different Jello dishes and this is one that I tried and the family absolutely loved it. If you have a sweet tooth this is the recipe for you. It is very sweet.

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg
    lime jello (3 oz pkg)
  • 1 c
    boiling water
  • 1 1/4 c
    lemon-lime soft drink
  • 1 c
    crushed pineapple; do not drain
  • 1 c
    cottage cheese
  • 1 jar(s)
    marshmallow cream

How to Make Green Leprechaun

Step-by-Step

  1. Pour the boiling water over the Jello. Stir until it dissolves.
  2. Add the lemon-lime soft drink
  3. Put into refrigerator. When it starts to congeal, take it out and mix the rest of the ingredients into it.
  4. Put back into the refrigerator and let it mold.
