Ingredients
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup butter, cold
- 1/2 cup nuts- chopped
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons corn starch
- 2 - 10 oz frozen raspberries
- 1 cup whipped cream, sweetened
- 1 package marshmallows
- - confectioners' sugar
How To Make grandma's posey's raspberry delight

Step 1Mix flour, sugar, salt, butter, and chopped nuts together to cornmeal sized pellets. Press into a 13x9 inch greased glass baking dish

Step 2Bake for 18-20 minutes at 325 and let cool

Step 3remainin sugar, cornstarch, raspberries or other berries cook in a stove top pan until they become clear. let cool. pour berries over the dry ingredients.

Step 4Take aprox 45 marshmallows (about 1 bag )- melt on low add one cup milk stir continually, whip one cup heavy cream and add it to marshmallow mix once cool. and sprink with conf sugar on top. ( Im not sure if you can sub fluff I think it might work )
