- - bananas
- - marshmallows, mini
- - chocolate chips
- - butterscotch chips
- - strawberry chips
- - heavy duty foil
How To Make girl scout banana boat splits

Step 1With a sharp paring knife cut an unpeeled banana lenghthwise 1/2 the banana deep leaving the ends intact. Dig out the hole you have created. It should look like a boat or canoe.

Step 2fill the banana with different flavored chips and marshmallows.

Step 3wrap in foil and put in hot bed of coals in campfire for 15 minutes turning halfway through cooking time. Or put them on a preheated BBQ grill.

Step 4Remove from coals and let cool slightly (careful these are very hot) peel back foil and enjoy the gooey banana goodness.
