How to Make Fruit Pizza
- Use a round pizza foil pan. Spray the pan with pam. Slice the cookie dough into 1/2 slices and spread them around on the foil pan. Spray your fingers with the pam and begin to gently press each slice to join each other to completely cover the pan. May have to respray your fingers to keep the dough from sticking to your fingers. This will form the cookie base. Bake for 10 minutes and remove from the oven. COMPLETELY COOL.
- After the cookie dough has completely cooled, open each can and drain out the juices. (I reserve the juices for drinking at breakfest.)
- Spread the softened cream cheese to cover the cookie base. Do not leave any gaps. This will be the base to hold all the fruit away from the dough.
- As an option, you can sprinkle powered sugar over the top or spot with redi whip.
ENJOY!
