This is a recipe you will enjoy if your are trying to be good with your diet. It is delicious with lots of fresh fruits...This is what I have when I want to reward myself...Enjoy

Ingredients

  • CRUST
  • 1 cup margarine, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal, i use old fashioned
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • TOPPING
  • 12 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • - fresh fruit such as: blue berries, black berries strawberries, kiwi fruit, bananas, peaches, etc.

How To Make fruit pizza

  • Step 1
    Mix the ingredients for the crust and pat in a 9x13 inch pan or a large pizza pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 15 minutes. Mix the filling and spread over crust. Right before serving, add sliced fruit.
