Ingredients
- CRUST
- 1 cup margarine, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup oatmeal, i use old fashioned
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- TOPPING
- 12 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- - fresh fruit such as: blue berries, black berries strawberries, kiwi fruit, bananas, peaches, etc.
How To Make fruit pizza

Step 1Mix the ingredients for the crust and pat in a 9x13 inch pan or a large pizza pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 15 minutes. Mix the filling and spread over crust. Right before serving, add sliced fruit.
