Ingredients

CRUST

1 c
margarine, softened
1/2 c
brown sugar
1/2 c
oatmeal, i use old fashioned
2 c
all purpose flour

TOPPING

12 oz
cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp
sugar
1 tsp
vanilla extract
fresh fruit such as: blue berries, black berries strawberries, kiwi fruit, bananas, peaches, etc.

How to Make Fruit Pizza

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix the ingredients for the crust and pat in a 9x13 inch pan or a large pizza pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 15 minutes. Mix the filling and spread over crust. Right before serving, add sliced fruit.
