Yummmieeeeeeeee yummmmmmieeeeeee good. I got an Ice cream crazy family and they think this one is just as good and may be better then ice cream.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups whipped cream
  • 8 ounces strawberry yogurt lowfat
  • 24 - wanton wrappers
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries

How To Make fruit cup tarts

  • Step 1
    egg wash and sprinkle with sugar wanton wrappers.Place wrappers in mini muffin tin,(cup cake pan will work)sugar side up.
  • Step 2
    Bake at 350 for 6 to 8 mins until edges are lite and golden brown.
  • Step 3
    If you are making hand made whipping cream prepare it now.
  • Step 4
    fold 1 cup of whipped cream into strawberry yogurt.
  • Step 5
    spoon a healthy dollop into each wanton shell
  • Step 6
    place remaining cream into an accent or cookie press.
  • Step 7
    using star cap top each yogurt shell with a whipped cream star.
  • Step 8
    Add 3 blue berries and 1 or 2 raspberries
  • Step 9
    Serve immediately and ENJOY
