i made this for my 50th[oh no i gave my age away!!!!]birthday dinner party i had who doesn't like fresh fruit...

Ingredients

  • 1
    pineapple,corred and cut into bite size pieces[keep top]
  • 1
    cantaloupe,cut in bite size pieces
  • ·
    several red grapes
  • 1
    honeydew,in bite size pieces
  • ·
    several strawberries
  • 1/2 medium
    watermelon,cut in bite size pieces
  • 3-4
    ripe mangos,sliced
  • 2-3
    purple plums,sliced
  • 1
    recipe dippin sauce see recipe below

How to Make frsh fruit platter

Step-by-Step

  1. cut all fruit up put top of pineapple in center of lg platter[i used ny turkey platter] arrange fruit around it have toothpick sittin with platter to poke fruit and put a small plate
  2. made both dippin sauces set beside platter
  3. yogurt sauce......1 cup no fat vanilla yogurt,splenda sugar blend,to taste,2 tablespoons lemon juice,1/2 teaspoon lemon zest blend well keep in fridge till ready to us
  4. hot fudge sauce....1 sm pkg sugar free choc fudge puddin made by box direction when set add 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1 cup no fat/sugar cool whip mix well put in fridge if to thick for dippin add a little more milk
  5. i served this, some roasted peanuts and M&M's for appitizer
