Step 1Whip cream but don't allow to get too stiff. Peel bananas and cut into 2 inch slices. Dip into cream, cover all surfaces and roll in coconut. Freeze on waxed paper lined cookie sheet; cover with waxed paper. Before using allow to thaw for 15 to 20 minutes.
