cluster of different colored grapes

egg white
granulated sugar

How to Make Frosted Grapes

Step-by-Step

  • 1Rinse grapes and dry.
  • 2Beat egg white until foamy. With a pastry brush, paint egg white all over the grapes, and then sprinkle with sugar.
  • 3Set on waxed paper to dry for about one hour and then refrigerate until ready to serve.
