How to Make Frosted Grapes

Step-by-Step

  1. Rinse grapes and dry.
  2. Beat egg white until foamy. With a pastry brush, paint egg white all over the grapes, and then sprinkle with sugar.
  3. Set on waxed paper to dry for about one hour and then refrigerate until ready to serve.
