Great way to serve grapes, either as an hors d'oeuvres, in between courses to cleanse the palette, or as a fresh dessert. Looks so pretty, too!

Ingredients

  • small cluster of different colored grapes
  • 1 - egg white
  • - granulated sugar

How To Make frosted grapes

  • Step 1
    Rinse grapes and dry.
  • Step 2
    Beat egg white until foamy. With a pastry brush, paint egg white all over the grapes, and then sprinkle with sugar.
  • Step 3
    Set on waxed paper to dry for about one hour and then refrigerate until ready to serve.
