Fried Mini Fruit Pies
1 can(s)fruit pie filling (or 2 c. of your favorite home made pie filling)
2pillsbury refrigerated pie crusts.
·canola oil for deep frying
How to Make Fried Mini Fruit Pies
- Lay out pie crust. Use a wide mouth jar or glass to cut circles in pie crust.
- Spoon a tbsp. pie filling on half the circle and fold crust over. Seal edges with a fork
- Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels. Cool slightly and sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
