These are "Thai" inspired! They tasted better than we had anticipated.

Ingredients

  • 4 - firm bananas
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 4 tablespoons brown sugar
  • - lime juice-preferably fresh

How To Make fried bananas

  • Step 1
    Peel bananas. Slice length wise, then cross cut in half.
  • Step 2
    Heat butter in frying pan until it bubbles. Add bananas and fry on both sides over medium heat until soft and golden.
  • Step 3
    Sprinkle with brown sugar and stir until dissolved. Transfer to serving plate/bowl and squeeze lime juice over bananas.
