Ingredients

  • 1 - overripe banana
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

How To Make fried banana with honey & cinnamon

  • Step 1
    Heat the olive oil in a frying pan.
  • Step 2
    Slice the banana into small slices (or slice in half lengthways).
  • Step 3
    Add the sliced banana to the frying pan then coat with half of the honey and cinnamon.
  • Step 4
    Fry for 2-3 minutes then flip the banana over and coat the other side with honey and cinnamon. Fry for a further 2-3 minutes.
  • Step 5
    Serve and enjoy!
