  • 1 qt
  • 1/3 c
  • 1/4 c
    butter, softened
  • 1/3 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1/3 c
    brown sugar
  • 3/4 c
    rolled oats

How to Make Fresh Raspberry Crisp


  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Place fruit in the bottom of a 9-inch square baking pan and sprinkle sugar over fruit.
  3. In a medium bowl blend together the butter, flour, brown sugar and oats, until it resembles a coarse meal.
  4. Sprinkle over the fruit.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
  6. Serve hot.
  7. VARIATION: May use other berries or fruit of your choice.
