- 1 refrigerated pie crust
- 1 box jello cheesecake pudding (sugar-free)
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1/2 cup blueberries, fresh
- 4 kiwi fruit (sliced thin)
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
How To Make fresh fruit tart

Step 1Bake pie shell for 15 - 20 minutes at 350 degrees. While baking cut strawberries and kiwi.

Step 2Prepare pudding with milk and vanilla, and use whisk to beat until thickened.

Step 3Pour pudding into cooled pie shell.

Step 4Arrange fruit on top of pudding, and refrigerate for several hours to fully chill.
