Ingredients
- 4 medium oranges
- 2 medium bananas, sliced
- 2 medium apples, peeled and diced
- 2 cups strawberries, hulled and halved (fresh)
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 1/2 cups seedless green grapes, halved
- 1 cup milk
- 4 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon corn starch
- 1/4 cup Grand Marnier
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon grated orange rind
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
How To Make fresh fruit grand marnier

Step 1Peel and section the oranges, catching any juice in a small bowl. Place the orange sections in a large bowl; set aside.

Step 2Dip the banana slices in the saved orange juice to prevent browning. Add to the orange sections.

Step 3Add the apple, strawberries, blueberries, and grapes, tossing gently to combine. Cover and chill.

Step 4Cook the milk in a small saucepan over medium heat until thoroughly heated.

Step 5Position the knife blade in a food processor bowl. Add the egg yolk, sugar, and corn starch. Process 1 to 2 minutes or until thick and lemon colored.

Step 6Slowly pour the warm milk through the food chute of the food processor, processing until the mixture is smooth.

Step 7Transfer to a medium saucepan. Cook over medium-high heat until the mixture is slightly thickened, stirring constantly, until the mixture coats a metal spoon.

Step 8Remove from the heat and stir in the Grand Marnier, vanilla, and orange rind. Cover and chill thoroughly,

Step 9Beat the whipping cream at high speed until stiff peaks form.

Step 10Gently fold the whipped cream into the Grand Marnier mixture.

Step 11To serve, spoon the fruit mixture into individual serving dishes and top each dish with whipped cream.
