1Blend the crust ingredients together in a food processor to achieve a sticky consistancy.
Press in a pie pan or 8 inch square dish.
2Lay the banana slices on the crust.
Place the strawberry slices top of the bananas. Pour the strawberry puree over the strawberries
and bananas and press into the gaps. Place the Mandarin oranges on top and then the Kiwi.
3Keep in the refrigerator until served. This makes a beautiful, colorful dessert.
