You can substute with bananas, kiwi, starwberries, grapes, etc. Also fun to make for any holiday and use the fruits as the colors for the holiday.

refrigerated sugar cookie dough
8 oz
cream cheese softened
1/3 c
1/2 tsp
1 c
peach, washed, sliced
1 c
strawberries, divided
1 c
1/4 c
orange marmalade
1 Tbsp

How to Make Fanciful Fruit Pizza


  • 1Heat oven to 350.
  • 2Slice cookie dough as directed on package.
  • 3Arrange slices in bottom of ungreased 15x10x1-inch baking pan or 14-inch pizza pan.
  • 4Using floured fingers, press dough evenly in pan.
  • 5Bake at 350 for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  • 6Cool completely.
  • 7In small bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until fluffy.
  • 8Spread mixture over cooled cookie crust.
  • 9Arrange fruit over cream cheese.
  • 10In small bowl, combine orange marmalade and water; blend well.
  • 11Spoon marmalade mixture over fruit.
  • 12Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
  • 13Cut into squares or wedges.
  • 14Store in refrigerator.
