We had this for dessert last night and so glad I did we had company this gentleman is from India never ever had rhubarb before. He absolutely loved it we love it here and I had no idea he had never had it before so it was a new experience for him

Ingredients

2 cups strawberries
2 cups rhubarb
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons flour
TOPPING
3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup oatmeal
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
I/2 cup butter

How To Make easy strawberry rhubarb crisp

Step 1

Pour boiling water over Rhubarb let sit 10 minutes

Step 2

While rhubarb is sitting clean and slice Strawberrys
Step 3

Drain rhubarb add strawberrys mix sugar and flour together pour over rhubarb and strawberrys mix well pour into baking dish.
Step 4

Mix flour, oatmeal, brown sugar and butter cut in slices and softened. Cut together with pasty cutter.
Step 5

Pour over other mixture. Bake in 350 oven till top is golden and mixture is bubbly. About 35 minutes.
