How to Make Easy Rhubarb dessert
- Preheat oven to 350.
Using a 9x13 glass baking dish layer the rhubarb, sugar, and strawberry jello.
- Melt margarine.
Sprinkle the dry cake mix over the fruit and then drizzle it with the melted margarine. Pour the water over it.
- Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40 min or until the top is golden and the dessert is bubbling
- excellent with ice cream or whipped cream. Serve warm or cold.
I have made this with peaches and blueberries using a peach jello and reducing the sugar or eliminating it if your peaches are tree ripe
