Ingredients
- 4 cups chopped rhubarb
- 1 package strawberry jello (small size)
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 package white or yello cake mix
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 1/2 cups water
How To Make easy rhubarb dessert

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Using a 9x13 glass baking dish layer the rhubarb, sugar, and strawberry jello.

Step 2Melt margarine. Sprinkle the dry cake mix over the fruit and then drizzle it with the melted margarine. Pour the water over it.

Step 3Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40 min or until the top is golden and the dessert is bubbling

Step 4excellent with ice cream or whipped cream. Serve warm or cold. I have made this with peaches and blueberries using a peach jello and reducing the sugar or eliminating it if your peaches are tree ripe
