Got a craving one day so I found this recipe and made it my own

Ingredients

  • 2-2 1/2 cups sliced fresh pears (i removed the skin)
  • 2 cups sugar, divided
  • 4 tablespoons butter, cold
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 - egg

How To Make easy pear cobbler

  • Step 1
    Mix pears with 1 cup sugar and let stand. Place butter in a 2 quart casserole dish and place in 325 degree oven until melted. Combine all dry ingredients, including remaining sugar. Mix well. Whisk together the milk and egg; Slowly combine with dry ingredients to make batter.
  • Step 2
    Pour over melted butter. Do not stir. spoon pears over the batter.
  • Step 3
    Bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 50 to 60 minutes until brown and pears are tender.
