  • 1 stick
    salted butter
  • 1 c
  • 1 c
  • 2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 tsp
  • 3/4 c
  • 2 can(s)
    sliced peaches
  • 1/4 c
    sugar for top

How to Make Easy Peach Cobbler


  1. Melt 1 cube oleo and pour into 12x9x2 pan.
  2. In a bowl mix 1 cup sugar, 1 cup flour, 2 tsp. baking powder and 1 tsp. salt.
  3. Add 3/4 cup milk. Mix well and pour over butter.
  4. Add 1 can (drained) and 1 can (with juice) peaches over batter mixture.
  5. Sprinkle sugar over entire top.
  6. Bake 1 hour at 325, or until golden and middle is done.
  7. Enjoy!
