My boys are in Boy Scouts and love to make this easy recipe on camping trips in their dutch ovens. We have this easy dessert at night when we want a little something sweet but we don't have alot of time to make it.

Ingredients

  • 1 can(s)
    sliced peaches with juice ( 29 oz.)
  • 1 box
    jiffy cake mix
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    all spice
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1 tsp
    nutmeg
  • 1 stick
    butter
  • 4 Tbsp
    sugar

How to Make Easy Peach Cobbler

Step-by-Step

  1. Pour can of peaches with juice in a deep oven proof dish.
  2. Next mix in the spices (nutmeg, cinnamon, and all spice) and also the sugar. Mix well.
  3. Next take the box of Jiffy cake mix and sprinkle all over the top of the mixture using the whole box.
  4. Then slice the stick of butter up on top of the cake mix.
  5. Put in oven and bake 325 for about 45 minutes - top will be brown.
  6. Cool and enjoy.....Great with Vanilla ice cream.
