Ingredients

  • 2 - bags of frozen fruit (i like peaches and mixed berries)
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • GREEK YOGURT TOPPING
  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup icing sugar

How To Make easy fruit crisp with yogurt topping

  • Step 1
    preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Step 2
    pour all frozen fruit into a 9x13 pan
  • Step 3
    combine all other ingredients (not including yogurt ingredients)and crumble evenly over top of fruit.
  • Step 4
    bake for 45 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown topping. Remove from oven and let cool before serving.
  • Step 5
    mix all ingredients for yogurt topping. Place 2 Tablespoons of topping on each piece of crisp when serving.
