Heat oven to 400. In a bowl, combine sour cream, sugar, egg, flour, lemon juice and salt, mix well.
Stir blueberries gently into mix. Place pie shell in a pie pan and set on a baking sheet. Pour ingredients into pie shell.
Bake for 35 mins. Then cover and chill for 4 hrs.
