Ingredients For easy blueberry cheesecake dessert

1/2 pkgvanilla wafers cookies- thoroughly crushed

1 stickmelted butter

2 pkg8 oz. bar cream cheese

1 1/2 cpowdered sugar

1 Tbsp2% milk
-
2 cheavy whipping cream
-
1 cgranulated sugar
-
1 canblue berry pie filling (or whatever fruit filling you prefer)
How To Make easy blueberry cheesecake dessert

1Crush 1/2 box of vanilla wafers (food processors are great for this) and place into bottom of 8" pie plate

2Melt butter in microwave, add to crushed vanilla wafers and press into bottom and sides of pie plate. Place into refrigerator.

3blend together cream cheese, powdered sugar and tablespoon milk with electric mixer until creamy and smooth. Remove crust from refrigerator and spread cheese mixture evenly over crust. Spread contents of 1 can of blueberry pie filling over the cream cheese layer, put back in refrigerator.

4In a large glass or metal mixing bowl, beat together whipping cream and granulated sugar until it thickens into whipped cream (you can also just use a tub of cool-whip, but there's nothing like the real thing!) Spread whipped cream over blueberry layer, refrigerate covered for at least one hour and keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
