Ingredients

1 lb
ricotta cheese
2 pkg
cream cheese (8 oz each)
5 medium
eggs, divided
3/4 c
white sugar, divided
2 tsp
each - grated lemon zest and lemon juice
1 c
flour
1 Tbsp
baking powder
1 c
butter, melted
1/4 c
milk
1 can(s)
pie filling (cherry or blueberry or other)

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a 9 x 13 pan.
2In a medium bowl, beat together Ricotta cheese, cream cheese, 2 eggs, 1/4 cup sugar, lemon zest and lemon juice until smooth.
3In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder and 1/2 cup sugar. Whisk in melted butter, 3 eggs and milk. Mix until smooth. Spread 1/3 batter in the bottom of baking pan. Spoon the cheese mixture evenly over top.
4Spread the remaining batter over the cheese layer. Bake for 1-1/2 hours or until set. Cut into squares and serve with pie filling spooned over top.
