easy blackberry cobbler
A friend of mine gave me ths recipe years ago. She made it for one of our office lunches and it was fantastic. I think she said she got it from the back of a Bisquick Baking mix. Anyway, I ran across the old, handwritten recipe card again recently while looking through one of my older cookbooks and decided to make it for a friend for his birthday. He was so happy with it that he has offered to pay me to make it again for him. Of course I would not accept payment for doing something for a friend but it made me feel good to know that he loves it so much. The photos here were taken from the internet.
