These are super easy and very yummy!

Ingredients

  • 2 cans refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 2 large granny smith apples
  • 2 sticks butter, cold
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 12 ounces mountain dew
  • - cinnamon, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

How To Make easy apple dumplings

  • Step 1
    Grease 9x13" pan. Preheat oven to 350 dg.F. Peel, core, and cut each apple into 8 equal pieces. Open rolls and seperate. Wrap a piece of dough around each apple slice. Place face down in pan. In medium saucepan, melt butter, add sugar and stir until well mixed. Remove from heat; add vanilla. Pour butter mixture over rolls. Pour Mountain Dew around edge of pan and sprinkle rolls with cinnamon.

    Bake @ 350 dg. F. for 40 minutes, uncovered.
  • Step 3
    Delicious alone, but even better with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
