2 ounces neufchatel, softened
2 tablespoons dulce de leche
1 tablespoon sour cream
1 package frozen mini phyllo shells (2.1 oz. 15 shells)
1/3 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
3 tablespoons diced mangoes

How To Make dulce de leche phyllo cups

Step 1

In a medium bowl, beat the Neufchatel with an mixer on low speed, until creamy.

Step 2

Beat in Dulce de Leche and sour cream until blended.
Step 3

Spoon Neufchatel mixture into each phyllo cup.
Step 4

Top each cup with strawberries and mango. Chill to firm up.
