This mouth watering recipe was born when I needed a dessert for my church potluck. Not just any dessert but an outstanding one! I added the muffin mix because I wanted my cobbler to taste more down home delicious and a little less sweet. BIG HIT! I hope you enjoy it also!

How to Make DOUBLE BERRY DELITE COBBLER!

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix first four ingredients in a large bowl and let it sit for an hour or until a good amount of juice forms.
  2. Mix all remaining ingredients adding enough milk to make moist enough to drop by spoonfuls onto berries and juice. Just enough to make sure all dry mix is moist.
  3. Pour berries and juice into a 11x14 pan. Drop dough by tablespoons over berries to mostly cover all berries and juice.
  4. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes or until dough is golden brown. May take longer. Remove from oven and serve with vanilla bean ice cream!
