Grease bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. Peel, core, cut apples into 8 wedges. Divide each biscuit into 3 pieces by pulling the layers apart. Wrap an apple wedge in one of the separated biscuits. Wrap all the apples wedges, place in greased baking dish. Combine water, butter, sugar. Heat until the butter melts and sugar dissolves. Pour over the apples. Cover apples with brown sugar, sprinkle with cinnamon, drizzle with vanilla. [use as much brown sugar, cinnamon and vanilla as you like]. Bake on 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
