Ingredients
- 3 medium baking apples, peeled, cut into 1/2 inch slices (3 cups)
- 3 medium, slightly ripe, firm bartlett pears, peeled, cut into 1/2 slices ( 3 cups)
- 1/2 cup dried apricot halves, cut in half
- 1/2 cup dried plums, cut in half
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2 tablespoons bisquick
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped crystalized ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon clove, ground
- TOPPING
- 1-1/2 cup bisquick
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon coarse sugar
How To Make delicious fruit compote cobbler

Step 1In a large bowl, mix compote ingredients. Spoon into ungreased 8 inch square glass baking dish.

Step 2Bake at 375 degrees, uncovered for 25 minutes.

Step 3Meanwhile, in same bowl, mix all topping ingredients, except coarse sugar, using a spoon until dough forms.

Step 4Drop dough by spoonfuls over top of hot compote. Sprinkle with coarse sugar.

Step 5Bake 25 to 30 minutes until fruit is tender and topping is golden brown.
