I made this recipe by trial and error. I love apple pie, but sometimes do not have time to make a crust, so I came up with this. The recipe is easy and quick to make. Served warm with ice cream, it makes a nice company dessert.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

Now, this is not a traditional apple crisp but it's mighty tasty. It has the texture of pie on top and a cake in the middle. Filled with apple cinnamon flavor, we enjoyed this warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Yum! Serve this in the fall for an easy dessert or add this to your holiday dessert menu. We think it will be a big hit with everyone.
