Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats, quick cooking or raw whole oats
- 6 cups plain low-fat yogurt
- 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 tablespoon honey or stevia( 4 tablespoon or stevia)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 6 sprigs fresh mint, washed and dried
How To Make crunchy blueberry and yogurt parfaits

Step 1Toast the oats in dry skill over medium-high heat until golden brown. In each of 6 fluted glasses, place 1/3 cup of plain yogurt. Put some Stevia in the yogurt make sweet.

Step 2Add 1 tablespoon of blueberries, 1 tablespoon of toasted oats and drizzle of honey or Stevia.

Step 3Repeat until each glass is filled to the top. Top each glass with a sprinkle of cinnamon and sprig of mint.

Step 4Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve. Make 6 servings Cal: 205
