6 cplain low-fat yogurt
2 cfresh or frozen blueberries
1 Tbsphoney or stevia( 4 tablespoon or stevia)
6 sprig(s)fresh mint, washed and dried
How to Make Crunchy Blueberry and Yogurt Parfaits
- Toast the oats in dry skill over medium-high heat until golden brown.
In each of 6 fluted glasses, place 1/3 cup of plain yogurt. Put some Stevia in the yogurt make sweet.
- Add 1 tablespoon of blueberries, 1 tablespoon of toasted oats and drizzle of honey or Stevia.
- Repeat until each glass is filled to the top. Top each glass with a sprinkle of cinnamon and sprig of mint.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
Make 6 servings
